Bharti Hexacom Limited announced its audited financial results for the first quarter of fiscal year 2027 (Q1 FY27), which ended on June 30, 2026. The company reported strong operational performance, with total revenues rising by 10.9% year-on-year (YoY) to Rs 2,510 crore, and Net Income (before exceptional items) increasing by 23.2% YoY to Rs 482 crore.

Total revenues grew by 4.0% sequentially (QoQ), while the Mobile services revenue registered a gain of 9.3% YoY, attributed to sustained customer additions and higher Average Revenue Per User (ARPU).   • Customer Growth: The mobile data customer base increased by 1.3 million over the past year, representing a YoY increase of 6.0%, and accounted for 80% of total mobile customers.
  • ARPU Increase: Mobile ARPU rose to Rs 259 in Q1 '27 from Rs 246 in Q1 '26.
  • Data Usage: Mobile data usage surged by 30.5% YoY, with the average monthly usage per customer reaching 36.2 GB.

In the Homes, Offices and Other services segment, the company added 416,000 customers over the last year, expanding its client base to 0.9 million. Furthermore, the Fiber network footprint expanded to 121 cities as compared to 115 in Q1 '26. The company also announced the launch of Postpaid Fast Lane, an innovation powered by 5G slicing technology. To support coverage and enhance customer experience, Bharti Hexacom deployed 399 towers over the past year.
