Bharat Forge Limited (BFL), a global leader in advanced forging and precision engineering, has secured a long-term contract with Embraer. The agreement marks a significant milestone for the company, establishing it as the first supplier from India to enter Embraer’s global Aerospace supply chain for forged components.

Under the terms of the contract, Bharat Forge will be responsible for the manufacturing and supply of high-integrity forged components crucial for landing gear systems utilized across Embraer's commercial and defense aircraft programs. This engagement strengthens Bharat Forge's position within the global aerospace supply chain and highlights its capability in delivering complex, safety-critical components.

The long-term contract underscores a shared commitment to reliability and quality, further reinforcing Bharat Forge’s ability to meet stringent international certification standards for forged products.

Mr. Amit B Kalyani, Vice Chairman & Joint MD, Bharat Forge Limited, stated, "The fact that BFL is the first Indian supplier of forged components for Embraer is a proud moment and a testament to the capabilities we have built in the Aerospace business." He added that the company looks forward to expanding its association with Embraer, noting that these contracts will enable the creation of scale for critical structural components, complementing the scale already built in the Aero Engine components space.
