Dr. Bandana, who currently serves as the Chief Medical Officer, has been assigned the additional charge of Chief of Medical Services, BCCL. She has been associated with the company since December 1998. Academically, she completed her MBBS from Patna Medical College and Hospital in December 1993 and subsequently obtained her D.O.M.S. from Darbhanga Medical College in 2001.

Shri Bishnu Kant Jha, Area General Manager, Katras Area
Shri Bishnu Kant Jha, General Manager (Mining), is set to become the Area General Manager for the Katras Area. He has a long association with BCCL dating back to May 1993. His educational background includes a B.Sc. (Engg.) in Mining from Birsa Institute of Technology, which he completed in 1988. He possesses over three decades of rich experience across both opencast and underground mining operations.
