His experience also includes a deputation to the National Insurance Academy. His field experience covers leading the Goa Division of UC as Senior Divisional Manager for three years, in addition to leading various branch offices in Surat, Dehradun, and Mumbai in different managerial capacities. Internationally, Shri Dayal was posted as General Manager-in-Charge of Fiji Operations for three years, a period during which the operations received the Business Excellence Award (2017) from the Honourable President of Fiji. He brings extensive expertise in investment management, having spent over 11 years within LIC's investment function, holding roles such as Chief Equity Dealer and Fund Manager.
