Beta Drugs Limited Completes Acquisition of Shares in Nivian Lifesciences Private Limited
Beta Drugs Limited has completed the acquisition of its stake in Nivian Life Sciences Private Limited through share transfers spanning April and May 2026. The company confirmed the acquisition of 10,94,535 Equity Shares, representing 66.09% of the equity share capital of Nivian Life Sciences Private Limited.The acquisition process reached key milestones with the transfer of shares constituting 64.26% of the equity share capital to the Company on or before April 30, 2026. The remaining shares were subsequently transferred into the name of Beta Drugs Limited on May 22, 2026.
Following the successful completion of the share transfers, Nivian Life Sciences Private Limited became a Subsidiary of Beta Drugs Limited in April.
The Company further announced that under the share swap arrangement, it will initiate the process for Listing Approval with NSE. Subsequently, Beta Drugs Limited plans to execute the electronic credit of shares through a corporate action.
