BCC Fuba India Completes Conversion of Partly Paid-Up Shares; Fully Paid Equity Available for Trading from June 29, 2026​

BCC Fuba India Ltd has successfully completed the necessary corporate actions related to the conversion of partly paid-up equity shares into fully paid-up equity shares. The company announced that 44,32,220 fully paid-up equity shares are available for credit to the demat accounts of eligible shareholders.

The conversion followed an earlier board approval regarding the change from partly paid-up status upon the receipt of First and Final Call money. BCC Fuba India confirmed that it has received all necessary approvals.
