The purchase significantly increased IL JIN’s stake in the company on July 3, 2026.The acquisition involved the procurement of an additional 1.00% equity stake in Ascent Circuits from IL JIN’s material subsidiary. This transaction was executed for a purchase consideration of approximately Rs. 8 Crore.
As a result of the latest acquisition, IL JIN Electronics (India) Private Limited's shareholding in Ascent Circuits Private Limited rose from 97.50% to 98.50%. Ascent Circuits is noted as a subsidiary of IL JIN and a step-down subsidiary of Amber Enterprises India Limited.
