Banswara Syntex Ltd has announced the record date for determining entitlement of members to receive a final dividend for the financial year 2025-26. The company has fixed Thursday, July 23, 2026, as the designated record date.

The decision follows the recommendation by the Board of Directors, which was held on May 19, 2026. During the board meeting, a final dividend was recommended at Re. 1 per equity share of Rs. 5 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.

The payment of this final dividend is subject to approval by the shareholders of the company at its ensuing 50th Annual General Meeting (AGM).

If the final dividend recommended by the Board of Directors is approved at the AGM, the payment will be made within the prescribed time limit, subject to the deduction of tax at source as applicable.
