Shareholders whose email addresses are registered with the company or their Depository Participants will receive the official notice.
The Board of Directors held a meeting on May 05, 2026, and recommended a dividend of ₹10 (Rupees Ten Only) per Equity Share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. This recommendation is based on the face value of the share being ₹1 (Rupee One Only) each, constituting a 1,000% dividend.
The company set Friday, August 07, 2026, as the Record date for determining the eligibility of members for the payment of this dividend. The recommended dividend is scheduled to be paid on or before September 10, 2026.
