Bank of Maharashtra announced its financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, following its Board of Directors meeting on April 20, 2026. The Bank also highlighted plans for significant capital augmentation and infrastructure bond issuance.

Additionally, the Bank plans for two major tranches of funding:
  • Issuance of Long-Term Infra Bonds up to Rs. 10,000 crore during FY 2026-27.
  • Raising long-term funds by issuing foreign currency bonds up to USD 500 million in multiple tranches during FY 2026-27.
