For the full fiscal year (FY26), Bajaj Auto Limited recorded an all-time high revenue of f58,732 crores, marking a robust 17% year-over-year (YoY) growth. The company reported a new peak EBITDA of ₹12,019 crores, and Profit after Tax (PAT) reached its biggest annual print at ₹9,825 crores, a 21% YoY increase. The EBITDA margin improved to 20.5% (+30 bps YoY), driven by favorable USD/INR realization and operating leverage.

  • Commercial Vehicles: The segment posted a landmark year, reaffirming its leadership position. The company expanded into the e-rickshaw category through Riki, establishing presence in over 100 cities.
  • Chetak: Chetak reported revenues exceeding ₹4,000 crores, retaining its position as a leading electric scooter manufacturer.
  • Dividend and Buyback: The Board of Directors recommended a Final Dividend of ₹150 per share and approved a buyback of shares through the Tender route, totaling a payout of 100% of the year's Profit after Tax.

Bajaj Auto Credit Limited (BACL):
The subsidiary reported strong growth, with its Assets Under Management (AUM) growing 2X to ₹18,835 crores as of March 31, 2026. Total Income reached ₹3,248 crores in FY26 (up over 3X from ₹1,041 crore in FY25), and Profit After Tax (PAT) surged over 11X to ₹665 crores. The financial health remained robust, with a Net NPA of approximately 1.0%.

Bajaj Auto International Holdings BV (BAIHBV):
BAIHBV, the parent entity for Bajaj Mobility AG - KTM AG, completed the acquisition of a controlling interest in PMAG/KTM AG on November 18, 2025. This transaction effectively changed the Group's holdings in the KTM brand. The Group is also making voluntary plans to align its reporting of BMAG KTM AG operations to a quarterly basis in the future for improved transparency.
