Kheda, Gujarat: Sunlite Recycling Industries Limited, a leading manufacturer of copper products, has announced its financial results for the second half of the fiscal year 2026 (HY2 FY26). The results highlight significant growth across key metrics, alongside a major strategic acquisition that strengthens its operational portfolio.

Financial Highlights (Standalone)​

The company's standalone financial performance for HY2 FY26 showed substantial growth across volumes and revenues. Total volumes increased to 13,192 tonnes, compared to 9,096 tonnes in H2FY25, marking a strong growth of 45%.

Performance Summary​

The financial results reflect impressive year-on-year growth. Revenue from Operations rose to 1,64,241 lakhs in H2FY26 from 75,992 lakhs in H2FY25, achieving an 116% growth. EBITDA increased significantly to 3,779 lakhs from 1,188 lakhs, reflecting a 218% jump. Profit After Tax (PAT) rose to 2,580 lakhs in H2FY26, demonstrating a strong growth of 258%.

Furthermore, the EBITDA per tonne improved by 119% year-over-year, reaching Rs. 28,645 per tonne, attributed to the increased share of value-added products in the company's operations.

Strategic Expansion and Capital Infusion​

In a move designed to diversify its product offering, the company completed the acquisition of Sunlite Aluminium Private Limited (SAPL), making it a subsidiary. This consolidation, effective from February 6, 2026, strengthens Sunlite's presence in aluminium and allied products, enhancing its integrated product portfolio.

The company also bolstered its capital base during the period through a preferential issue to support its strategic growth initiatives.

Dividend and Outlook​

The Board of Directors, at its meeting held on April 27, 2026, recommended a final dividend of Re. 1 per equity share, which is subject to approval from the shareholders.

Managing Director Nitin Heda commented on the update, stating that the strong performance for HY2 FY26 is marked by significant growth in revenue and profitability. He attributed the margin expansion to the continued focus on operational efficiency, cost optimization, and value-added products. He also noted that the acquisition and integration of Sunlite Aluminium Private Limited diversifies the portfolio into aluminium wire rods, creating synergies in the nonferrous metals space and enhancing the company’s platform for future growth.
