Axis Bank Successfully Allots $300 Million Senior Notes for Global Medium Term Note Programme​

Axis Bank Limited has successfully allotted U.S.$300,000,000 in 5.348 per cent. Senior Notes. The issuance marks a material addition to the bank’s existing global debt program.

The newly issued notes will be consolidated and form a single series alongside the previously issued U.S.$300,000,000 5.348 per cent. Senior Notes under the Global Medium Term Note Programme, which was initially issued on June 30, 2026, with a total program size of U.S.$5,000,000,000. The completion of the issuance and allotment of these notes adhered to applicable laws and requirements.

The Notes have been assigned listing status on both financial markets. They are set to be listed on Global Securities Market of the India International Exchange (IFSC) Limited and the Debt Securities Market of the NSE IFSC Limited.
