These results were reviewed along with the report received from the statutory auditors, M/s CKSP & Co LLP. The company noted that M/s CKSP & Co LLP, Chartered Accountants, issued an audit report with an unmodified opinion on the financial results.
In addition to the financial review, the Board of Directors recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 2/- per Equity Share. This dividend represents 20% of the face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
The company stated that the recommended Final Dividend will be paid within the stipulated timelines, provided it receives approval and declaration at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM).
