Aurecon Digitally Transforms Payroll Across Seven Asian Countries with Ramco Payce

Ramco Systems Limited, a leading global payroll software provider, has successfully deployed its Payroll Managed Services, powered by the Payce platform, for Aurecon. This deployment marks a major digital transformation of payroll operations spanning seven key Asian markets: Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam, and Indonesia.

The engagement sees Ramco managing gross and net pay calculations, payslip generation, retroactive pay processing, and increments on behalf of Aurecon. By providing a single, consolidated service for these diverse markets, Ramco’s services are replacing Aurecon's disparate legacy payroll processes in each respective country.

Driving Compliance and Efficiency for Aurecon

The managed service also covers all country-specific statutory compliance requirements. Furthermore, the solution provides Aurecon’s central payroll team with advanced visibility into operations through Ramco BInGO, Payce’s reporting and analytics tool. The system integrates seamlessly with Workday, Aurecon's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system across all seven nations, as well as integrating with third-party banking partners to ensure a secure data flow in every market.

As a result of this transformation, Aurecon has achieved improvements in payroll accuracy and timeliness, realized cost efficiencies across its payroll and related teams, and gained access to modern payroll technology to support future innovation.

Strategic Partnerships and Capabilities

Sandesh Bilagi, Chief Executive Officer of Ramco Systems, stated that Aurecon's experience underscores the partnership model at Ramco. "One of our core values at Ramco is putting the customer at the centre of everything we do," he said. "Aurecon's confidence in Ramco reflects the kind of partnership we build with all our customers. We look forward to continuing to support Aurecon's payroll operations."

Rohit Mathur, Executive VP & SBU Head - Global Payroll & HR at Ramco Systems, highlighted that this achievement demonstrates Ramco’s capacity for delivering payroll transformation across the Asia Pacific. He noted the use of AI and a contemporary technology stack, which provides Aurecon's payroll team with "much sharper visibility across their markets."

Ramco Payce is reported to be trusted by over 500 customers worldwide. The solution offers global payroll coverage across more than 150 countries and continues to leverage technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning to deliver a touchless payroll experience.
