Ashoka Buildcon Limited has successfully reached a Settlement Agreement with the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), concluding proceedings that stemmed from a Show Cause Notice issued by the authority.The settlement agreement confirms that no further action will be taken against Ashoka Buildcon in relation to the matter. As part of the resolution, NHAI agreed to withdraw the suspension of the company and confirmed that no debarment action would be initiated against Ashoka Buildcon Limited.
To formalize the agreement, Ashoka Buildcon paid an amount of Rs.1.04 crore (Rupees One Crore Four Lakhs only). This payment was deposited with NHAI on July 9, 2026.
