Senior Management Appointment: The Board of Directors approved the appointment of Ms. Meenaa Sharma as Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) & Senior Management Personnel (SMP) with immediate effect. Ms. Sharma holds an MBA from Sukhadia University, Rajasthan, and has 26 years of experience in Financial Services and Telecom sectors.

Fund Raising Proposal: The company approved the proposal to raise funds amounting up to Rs. 1000 Crores through a Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP), Rights Issue, Preferential Allotment, or any combination thereof.

Portfolio Transactions:
  • The company acquired an additional 10,50,000 equity shares of Ashika Capital Ltd (ACL) on June 30, 2026, at a consideration of 1174.52 per share. This acquisition made ACL a wholly-owned subsidiary. The previously held equity interest in ACL was fair valued at Rs 534.41 Lakhs and recognized in Other Comprehensive Income for the quarter.
  • On May 11, 2026, the company disposed of its investment in Ashika Logistics Private Limited (ALPL) by setting 9,22,200 equity shares at a consideration of Rs 1M.44 Lakhs, recording a profit amounting to 31.63 lakhs for the current quarter.

Warrant and Fund Usage:
The company confirmed that no deviation was reported against the issue proceeds. Furthermore, during Q3 ended June 30, 2026, the company received the balance 75% of consideration amount for 2,00,000 warrants (out of total 18,00,000 outstanding). However, the company forfeited 16,00,000 warrants due to non-receipt of the balance 75% consideration within the stipulated exercise period.

Mutual Fund Sponsorship: The Board took note that the application for extension of the validity of the in-principle approval granted by SEBI for sponsorship of the proposed Mutual Fund is currently under consideration by SEBI, and the company will continue with the sponsorship pending receipt of the said approval.

On Friday, Ashika Global Securities Limited shares rallied strongly, settling at ₹498.55 after posting a gain of 3.32%. The stock’s ascent placed it near its all-time peak, having reached a 52-week high on a trading volume of 583,994 shares.
