The IPO saw significant engagement from retail investors, who subscribed their portion 3.22 times against the 2.93 crore shares reserved for them. Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) emerged as a particularly strong category, with their segment subscribing 5.32 times against 1.25 crore shares. Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) also demonstrated interest, achieving a subscription rate of 1.10 times against the 1.64 crore shares reserved.
The public issue is scheduled to run from August 5 to August 7. The price band for Ardee Industries has been set between Rs 50 and Rs 53 per share. Allotment is expected on August 10, with the listing anticipated on the NSE and BSE on August 12, 2026.

An additional Rs 20 crore will be used for the pre-payment or repayment of select borrowings, with the remainder going to general corporate purposes.

Experts highlight key strengths, noting that Ardee is among India's top six organized recycled lead producers. Its integrated recycling operations are supported by a diversified sourcing network spanning 58 countries.
