Apollo Micro Systems Issues Corrigendum Detailing Preferential Allotment of Equity Shares and Warrants​

Apollo Micro Systems Limited has released a corrigendum regarding the outcome of its Board Meeting held on July 6, 2026. The update addresses inadvertent errors and provides corrected details concerning the preferential private allotment of equity shares and convertible equity warrants.

The company confirmed that the total issue of equity shares stands at up to 2,28,30,902 units for an aggregate amount of Rs. 951,13,53,773.20. This tranche was conducted as a preferential private allotment, with each equity share issued at an issue price of Rs. 416.60/-. The allotment involved 55 investors.

In addition to the equity shares, Apollo Micro Systems Limited also completed a preferential issuance of Convertible Equity Warrants. A total of 5,69,15,380 warrants were issued for an aggregate amount of Rs. 2,371,09,47,308.00. The issue price for these convertible warrants was similarly set at Rs. 416.60/- per warrant.

The terms for the convertible equity warrants stipulate that each warrant is eligible to be converted into, or exchanged for, one fully paid-up equity share of the company, which may be exercised in tranches during a period of twelve months starting from the date of allotment. The issuance of these warrants involved 93 investors.

The allotment of warrants saw participation from investors including Opal Global Diversified Fund Limited and Nautilus Private Capital Ltd.
