Apollo Micro Systems Limited has successfully completed the allotment of equity shares arising from the conversion of warrants, resulting in an increase in the company's paid-up capital. The Securities Allotment Committee approved the issuance of 21,43,095 equity shares, which have now been fully allotted against the exercise of warrants issued previously to selected investors.

The allotment was finalized on June 23, 2026, following the receipt of a Warrant Exercise Price aggregating Rs. 18,32,34,622.5 for these securities. The equity shares were allotted at a face value of Re. 1/- each and are considered to rank pari passu with existing equity shares of the company.

The warrants were issued on a preferential basis to three entities: Trikaya Wealth Advisors Pvt Ltd, Superstar Investments Private Limited, and Reena Karwa. Allotment details for these investors are as follows:

The issuance price for the equity shares was set at Rs. 114.00 per warrant, with a payment of Rs. 85.50 received on conversion, which constitutes 75% of the issuer price per warrant.

The completion of this allotment marks a significant increase in the company's capital base. The issued and paid-up capital of Apollo Micro Systems Limited has increased to Rs. 37,15,99,512 from the previous amount of Rs. 36,94,56,417. This transaction involved a total of three investors.
