Amwill Health Care Ltd Approves Comprehensive Investment Limits for Treasury Management

Amwill Health Care Limited has approved specific investment limits derived from its internal accruals as part of a new hybrid treasury strategy designed to optimize surplus cash. The company aims to maintain prudent balance sheet management by allocating defined portions of capital into an active multi-asset framework, balancing absolute safety with the opportunity to capture higher risk-adjusted returns on excess capital.

The approved investments will be across five distinct categories, each assigned a maximum aggregate limit:

Investment CategoryMaximum Aggregate Limit (INR)
Government Securities and Debt Instruments (G-Secs, NCDs, etc.)10,00,00,000 (Rupees Ten Crore Only)
Listed Equity and IPO Subscriptions2,00,00,000 (Rupees Two Crore Only)
Private Credit Funds and Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs)15,00,00,000 (Rupees Fifteen Crore Only)
Invoice Discounting Platforms and Other Opportunities3,00,00,000 (Indian Rupees Three Crore Only)
Mutual Fund Investments via SIPs (Equity and Debt-Oriented Schemes)3,00,00,000 (Indian Rupees Three Crore Only)

The strategic approach ensures that while a primary base of liquid reserves remains anchored in traditional Bank Fixed Deposits for operational liquidity and absolute safety, the company is diversifying its surplus capital.

The Investments approved by the Investment Committee do not involve any related party transactions.
