Amwill Health Care Ltd. has approved key executive appointments and announced the schedule for its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM), confirming the re-appointment of two Managing Directors and detailing various operational timelines.

The Board of Directors meeting, held on July 17, 2026, reviewed several critical corporate matters. Among these decisions was the re-appointment of Mr. Tarun Gandhi as a Managing Director and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), and Mr. Anand Gandhi in the same capacity. Both individuals were appointed for a period of five consecutive years, commencing from January 27, 2027, until January 26, 2032.
