Almondz Global Securities Reports 1Q FY26-27 Results, Highlights Performance Across Financial Services and Green Fuel Business

Almondz Global Securities Limited has provided an update on its consolidated financial performance for the First Quarter (1Q) of the financial year 2026-27, along with guidance for the upcoming second quarter (2Q). The company reported consolidated total revenue of Rs.44.96 crore and profit of Rs.12.55 crore for 1Q FY 26-27.

The results show variation across key segments. Compared to the previous quarter (4Q FY 2025-26), consolidated revenue was reduced from Rs. 72.55 crore, and profit decreased from Rs. 5.37 crore. Year-on-year (YoY) comparison for 1Q FY 26-27 shows a total revenue of Rs.44.96 crore against the Q1 FY 25-26 figures of Rs. 32.28 crore, with profit rising from Rs. 6.93 crore.

Almondz operates across three main verticals: Financial Services (Wealth advisory & Broking), Green Fuel Business, and Infrastructure Advisory Business.

Segment Performance Details

The company's performance is detailed across its various business units:

Financial Services

In the Financial Services vertical, revenue stood at Rs. 15.97 crore in 1Q FY 2026-27, generating a profit of Rs. 6.49 crore. This represents a decline from the previous quarter (4Q FY 2025-26), when revenue was Rs. 20.80 crore and profit was reported at Rs. (0.51) crore. The low performance in this segment compared to the previous quarter was attributed to a one-time significant capital profit recorded during the sale of a partial strategic investment in equity shares of a subsidiary to the group company in 4Q FY 2025-26.

On a YoY basis, Financial Services revenue reached Rs.17.17 crore, achieving a profit of Rs. 7.69 crore, up from Rs. 9.20 crore and Rs. 2.52 crore in Q1 FY 25-26.

Green Fuel Business

The company is involved in the production of green biofuel and distillery operations through its joint venture, Premier Green Innovations Private Limited (PGIPL). Almondz holds a 40.99% equity stake in PGIPL, while Avonmore Capital & Management Services Limited holds an 8.88% equity stake.

In 1Q FY 2026-27, PGIPL recorded total revenue of Rs. 179.33 crore and a profit of Rs. 11.41 crore. This compared to revenue of Rs. 179.35 crore and a profit of Rs. 12.15 crore in the preceding quarter (4Q FY 2025-26).

Yearly comparison for PGIPL showed revenue at Rs. 179.33 crore and a profit of Rs. 11.41 crore, against totals of Rs. 192.25 crore in revenue and Rs. 10.55 crore in profit during Q1 FY 2025-26.

Infrastructure Advisory Business

For the Infrastructure Advisory Business, total revenue stood at Rs.28.53 crore with a profit of Rs. 2.49 crore in 1Q FY 2026-27. This was compared to revenue of Rs. 51.39 crore and profit of Rs. 2.31 crore for 4Q FY 2025-26. The decrease in revenue during 1Q FY 2026-27 relative to 4Q FY 2025-26 was attributed mainly to a year end effect in March 2026, consistent with industry practices in infrastructure advisory services.

On a YoY comparison, the company achieved revenue of Rs.28.53 crore and profit of Rs. 2.49 crore, compared to Q1 FY 25-26 figures of revenue Rs. 22.43 crore and profit Rs. 1.88 crore. The company has successfully secured new business amounting to Rs.97.32 crore during the current financial year and anticipates a growth in both revenue and profitability between 20 and 22 percent compared to the previous financial year.

Odisha Plant Status

Premier Green Innovations Pvt. Ltd. (PGIPL) confirmed that all planned construction, installation, and commissioning activities for its Odisha Plant project have been completed. The plant is fully prepared for commercial operations and production. However, commercial production has not yet commenced as the procurement agreement with Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) is pending. This procurement will be finalized through a tendering process, which OMCs have not yet floated. PGIPL noted that it was unable to participate in the previous tender cycle due to the plant not being ready for production at that time. Immediate commencement of commercial production is expected once the tender is floated and a successful procurement contract with the Oil Companies is secured.
