Operational and Strategic Updates
The company successfully commissioned its ground-mounted solar power plant, valued at Rs. 696.97 lakh, which has a capacity of 2.40 MWp (DC) / 1.75 MWp (AC). The plant is located at Survey No 46 & 47 in Village Sardarpura, Taluka Jhagadiya, District Bharuch and is intended for captive consumption at the company's factory in Dahej Industrial Estate GIDC. Solar power generation commenced on April 24, 2026.Regarding operational events, management noted that an insurance claim receivable of Rs. 169.61 lakh was recognized as an exceptional item following subsequent communications received from the insurer for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This recognition relates to prior fire damage at the VS Plant in Indrad, Chhatral-Kadi Road, Mehsana.
