VIP Industries Limited has announced its unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1FY27), showing a revenue uptick and operational momentum under its new management team. The company reported consolidated income from operations of Rs 578 crore, marking an increase compared to the corresponding period in the previous fiscal year.

The results reflect the company's ongoing stabilization efforts and transformation after completing the first phase of organizational change. While showing a positive revenue trajectory, profitability was impacted by inflation in raw materials resulting from a crude price hike.

Q1 Financial Performance Highlights​

VIP Industries demonstrated significant operational improvements in the quarter. The consolidated income from operations for Q1FY27 saw an increase of 3% year-over-year (y-o-y), while revenue showed growth of 33% quarter-over-quarter (q-o-q). This marks a period of record growth within seven quarters.

The company's EBITDA stood at -1%, equating to Rs -7 crore, significantly improving from the loss reported in the corresponding period of FY26, which was an EBITDA loss of 11.6% (Rs -219 crore).

Operational Focus and Transformation​

The company attributes much of its current success to a deep commitment to consumer focus and product development, driven by the philosophy to "make every journey better for Indians." VIP Industries is currently focused on building momentum for its next phase of growth.

Operationally, 80 or more new product launches accounted for 50% of the revenue in the quarter. Management highlighted that the problems of the past are now largely behind the company.

Atul Jain, Managing Director and CEO of VIP Industries, stated during a board meeting that they have been strengthening their various brands—VIP, Skybags, Aristocrat, Alfa, and Caprese—while optimizing inventory across the channel network. He noted that following the completion of the first transformation phase, VIP is focused on leveraging its strong leadership team and re-energizing the channel ecosystem.

The company also provided context regarding recent corporate changes, noting that the ownership transition to the consortium led by Multiples was completed at the end of Q3 FY26. Furthermore, a significant portion of the expanded leadership team was onboarded during Q4 of FY26.
