Aequs Toys Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Aequs Limited, has made a further investment of INR 4 Crores into Koppal Toys Molding COE Private Limited (KTMCPL). This investment was structured through the allotment of equity shares to Aequs Toys Private Limited in KTMCPL.

The transaction involves Aequs Toys Private Limited receiving 4,000,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each from Koppal Toys Molding COE Private Limited on a rights basis.

The company holding 100% stake in KTMCPL, Aequs Toys Private Limited confirmed that this transaction does not fall under related party transactions, as it is between the holding company and its step down wholly owned subsidiary. The investment will maintain the existing percentage of shareholding held by the Company in KTMCPL.
