Adani Energy Solutions Ltd Sees Share Acquisitions by Multiple Entities
Adani Energy Solutions Limited (AESL) disclosed that Gelt Bery Trade and Investment Ltd acquired 96,26,900 equity shares, representing 0.80%, between June 3 and June 9, 2025. Emerging Market Investment DMCC acquired 1,33,33,500 equity shares, amounting to 1.11%, between June 26, 2024, and June 13, 2025. Additionally, Adani Infra (India) Limited acquired 1,18,00,000 equity shares, representing 0.98%, on March 23, 2026.The total diluted share/voting capital of the TC after the said acquisition/sale is Rs. 1201,28,26,420, consisting of 120,12,82,642 equity shares of a face value of Rs. 10 each.
The acquirers include Gelt Bery Trade and Investment Ltd, Emerging Market Investment DMCC, and Adani Infra (India) Limited. Persons Acting in Concert include Gautam S. Adani & Rajesh S. Adani (on behalf of S. B. Adani Family Trust), Flourishing Trade and Investment Ltd, Worldwide Emerging Market Holding Ltd, Afro Asia Trade and Investments Ltd, Gautam S. Adani, Rajesh S. Adani, and Adani Tradeline Private Limited.
