Adani Defence Completes Acquisition of Remaining Stake in Flight Simulation Solutions, Achieving 100% Ownership​

Adani Defence Systems & Technologies Limited (ADSTL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Adani Enterprises Limited, has successfully completed the acquisition of the remaining shares in Flight Simulation Solutions Private Limited (FSSPL). The completion of this transaction brings FSSPL and its subsidiary, Flight Simulation Technique Centre Private Limited (FSTC), under the full ownership of ADSTL.

The acquisition followed a share purchase agreement (SPA) executed by Adani Defence Systems & Technologies Limited with FSSPL and existing shareholders. Prior to the final acquisition, ADSTL held a 55.40% stake in FSSPL.

ADSTL informed the relevant parties that it has concluded the purchase of the remaining 44.6% stake in FSSPL, in line with the terms established in the SPA. With this completion, the subsidiary of Adani Enterprises Limited now holds complete ownership of both FSSPL and its subsidiary, FSTC.

The details pertaining to this acquisition were initially provided on July 16, 2026. The completion of the stake purchase was confirmed by ADSTL, and this information was received by Adani Enterprises Limited on August 4, 2026.
