The acquisition was formally completed on June 10, 2026.The completion follows the execution of a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) between AACL and PVPL, which took place on June 08, 2026. Adani Enterprises Ltd confirmed that the acquisition process aligns with the terms established in the SPA.
