
37 Canadian Financial Institutions Select Intellect for Major Digital Banking Transformation
Intellect Design Arena Limited has been chosen by 37 Canadian financial institutions, all participants of the National Digital Banking Working Group (NDBWG), to implement a world-class digital banking experience. This initiative will serve over 262,000 members across five provinces.The landmark partnership involves institutions managing over $11.7 billion CAD in assets and aims to unify them under a single, future-ready digital architecture. This move marks one of the most significant collaborative digital transformation efforts within Canada's financial sector.
The NDBWG selected Intellect to provide its eMACH.ai Digital Engagement Platform (DEP) and associated services following an exclusive negotiation period announced in August 2025. Intellect’s eMACH.ai DEP was identified as the preferred platform among 59 financial institutions participating in the vendor selection process.
