Under the agreement, the Promoter Directors have consented to limit the total cumulative remuneration payable to them, encompassing all perquisites and allowances, to a fixed upper cap limit.
The aggregate upper cap limit has been set at Rs. 12.00 crores. This cap is effective and valid until the end of the financial year 2030.
The company stated that this initiative reflects a commitment to better corporate governance and ensuring that managerial compensation is structured to support the sustainable expansion of the business.
