ZIM Laboratories Limited Constitutes Advisory Board on Strategic & Business Development Matters​

ZIM Laboratories Limited announced the constitution of an Advisory Board on March 17, 2026, through a circular resolution by its Board of Directors. The board approved the establishment of the Advisory Board to provide independent advice and strategic guidance on business development and related matters to the management and the Board.

The Advisory Board's scope includes offering advice and guidance on long-term vision, mission, and growth strategy; assisting in implementation of company objectives, goal setting, strategies, and a measurable framework; and providing inputs on market expansion, new business lines, brand strategy, industry trends, competition, and best practices. Additionally, the board will advise on organizational structure, talent hiring, and governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

The Advisory Board comprises three members: Mr. Annaswamy Vaidheesh (Chairman), Mr. Gautam Saigal, and Mr. Girdhar Balwani.

Advisory Board Member Profiles:

• Mr. Annaswamy Vaidheesh (Chairman): A healthcare and MedTech leader with nearly four decades of experience across Asia-Pacific and India. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Integris Medtech and Non-Executive Chairman of Appasamy Associates. He also serves as an Independent Director of HDFC Trustee Company Ltd and an Advisor, Investor, and Director at Universal NutriSciences. Previously, he held leadership roles at GSK Pharmaceuticals Ltd, Johnson & Johnson, and Suven Pharmaceuticals.
• Mr. Gautam Saigal: Mr. Saigal has over 35 years of experience in financial services. He is presently a Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director of ZIM Health Technologies Limited and a Managing Partner of Pachira Financial Services LLP. He serves on the Board of Directors of Manappuram Home Finance Limited, Asirvad Micro Finance Limited, and Bonanza Business Services Pvt. Ltd.
• Mr. Girdhar Balwani: A seasoned pharmaceutical and healthcare professional with over 40 years of experience across the Asia-Pacific region. He previously served as Managing Director of UCB Pharma (India) and Regional Director Asia Pacific with UCB Pharma, and also functioned as a Managing Director of Menarini.

The Advisory Board will operate in an advisory role and has no legal, fiduciary responsibilities, statutory authority, execution powers, or control over the Company or its management.
