Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited has announced the redemption of its outstanding Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) and the cancellation of a significant unutilized commitment, signaling major updates regarding its debt structure.

The company confirmed that it had redeemed the outstanding FCCBs, along with accrued interest. The total value aggregated for this redemption amounted to USD 23.90 million.

In addition to the bond redemption, Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited announced that the unutilized FCCB commitment has been cancelled. This cancellation pertains to a commitment of USD 215.1 million and occurred following requisite regulatory approval.
