Yuken India Limited Announces Financial Results and Recommends Dividend for FY 2026​

Yuken India Limited, a manufacturer of oil hydraulic equipment in collaboration with Yuken Kogyo Co. Ltd., Japan, announced the outcomes of its Board of Directors meeting held on May 26, 2026. During the meeting, the company reviewed and approved the standalone and consolidated audited financial results for the quarter and the full financial year ended March 31, 2026.

The Board also recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1.50/- per Equity Share, based on the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to subsequent approval by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting.

In addition to the financial review, the Board sanctioned the re-appointment of external auditors for the financial year 2026-27. M/s. Adarsh Sharma & Co., Cost Accountants, Bengaluru, were re-appointed as the Cost Auditors, while M/s.
