WeWork India Launches Member Services Platform, Offering Enterprise-Grade Solutions Beyond Flexible Workspace

Bengaluru, July 15, 2026: WeWork India Management Limited, a leader in the flexible workspace sector, has launched Member Services. This first-of-its-kind platform is designed to redefine the value of flexible workspaces by providing members access to enterprise-grade business services and a curated network of trusted service partners that extend beyond their physical desk.

Available exclusively to WeWork India members, Member Services aims to consolidate essential business solutions—spanning administration and technology, human resources, finance and legal, sustainability and governance, and marketing—into a single platform, enabling businesses to access crucial support needed for growth through one gateway.

The launch addresses the challenge of service fragmentation that often occurs as organizations scale. While workspace access has become easier, securing necessary services related to hiring, compliance, employee wellbeing, and technology infrastructure remains complex. Member Services provides a unified solution, allowing businesses to discover, evaluate, and engage high-quality service providers from a trusted network designed to simplify operations.

Core Offerings and Future Expansion

Member Services initially spans five critical categories of business needs:

  • Admin & IT: Includes network-as-a-service, F&B services, employee transportation service, IT hardware rentals and purchases, and corporate merchandise.
  • HR: Covers EOR staffing, employee wellness programs, L&D (Learning and Development), LMS platforms, HRMS solutions, relocation services, executive hiring, and insurance.
  • Finance & Legal (Upcoming): Includes legal retainer services, GST filing and accounting, compliance auditing, payroll compliance and processing, and IP registration and trademark filing.
  • Sustainability & Governance (Upcoming): Focuses on ESG reporting and advisory, ISO certifications, carbon footprint assessments, DPDP Act readiness, labour code compliance, and waste management and recycling.
  • Marketing (Upcoming): Encompasses digital marketing and SEO, public relations, and market research and consumer insights.

Karan Virwani, Managing Director and CEO of WeWork India, stated that the conversation surrounding workspace is no longer solely about square footage or amenities. "Today, businesses are looking for far more than physical infrastructure; they are looking for a platform that can help them navigate complexity, operate efficiently, and scale with confidence," he said. "Member Services is our answer to that—a first-of-its-kind enterprise-grade business backbone made available to a ten-person startup with the same ease as a thousand-person enterprise."
