In terms of profitability, the company recorded a Net Profit from ordinary activities after tax at 14,184.37 lakh rupees. The Total Comprehensive Income for the quarter was reported at 15,367.39 lakh rupees. On an earnings basis, the Earnings Per Share (EPS) Basic stood at 20.21.

The Standalone results showed a total income of 66,166.37 lakh rupees, with Net Profit from ordinary activities after tax reaching 10,868.09 lakh rupees. The Total Comprehensive Income for the standalone entity was 11,495.89 lakh rupees, and the EPS Basic stood at 16.45.

Segment Performance Review

The results reflect contributions from two primary operating segments: Paper and Paper Board and Telecommunication Cables.

Under the Consolidated segment results, the Paper and Paper Board segment generated a revenue of 89,906.36 lakh rupees, achieving PBT of 10,296.36 lakh rupees for the quarter. The Telecommunication Cables segment contributed 15,218.50 lakh rupees in revenue, generating a Profit before tax of 7,401.87 lakh rupees.

In the Standalone segment performance, Paper and Paper Board recorded a revenue of 50,529.23 lakh rupees and PBT of 6,211.81 lakh rupees. The Telecommunication Cables segment generated 13,279.23 lakh rupees in revenue and achieved a PBT of 6,639.34 lakh rupees.

Operational Status Update

The company provided an update on its operations concerning the Andhra Paper Limited unit. Operations at the Kadiyam Unit were temporarily suspended starting April 27, 2026, due to an illegal strike involving a section of contract workmen. Following the declaration of a lockout on May 01, 2026, the lockout was revoked on May 29, 2026. Manufacturing operations at the unit partially resumed on July 15, 2026, and the company is currently operating at approximately 93% of its normal capacity while taking measures to restore full production levels.
