Vipul Organics Taps Global Leader OMYA for Exclusive Distribution of Pigments Across Europe​

Vipul Organics Limited, a specialized chemical company operating in the pigments and dyes segment, has announced a strategic exclusive distribution partnership with Omya Group. The collaboration will establish Omya as the sole distributor for Vipul Organics' high-performance pigment dispersions and pigment powders across several European markets.

Omya Group, described as a Swiss-based, multi-billion dollar global leader in industrial minerals and specialty chemical production, will handle the distribution of Vipul Organics' SunTone® and SunCoat® ranges. This exclusive agreement covers the United Kingdom, Norway, Bosnia, Serbia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Albania, and Moldova, with exceptions noted for Switzerland and Poland.

The pigment lines serve diverse industries within Europe. The SunTone® range is utilized across the Paint, Ink, Plastic, Textile, and Rubber industries, as well as automotive coatings and industrial paints. Meanwhile, the SunCoat® range has applications in Interior, Exterior, and Decorative Coatings, Paper Coatings, Seed Coatings, Detergents (Coloration of liquid and solid soaps), Shoe Polish, and Artistic/Educational Colours.

The partnership brings together the distinct capabilities of both companies. Vipul Organics contributes its extensive portfolio of pigments, known for superior dispersibility, weather fastness, and technical performance due to its status as a fully integrated manufacturer. Omya provides deep market access through its robust network spanning over 50 countries and 170+ locations across Europe, complemented by regional warehouses and laboratories.
