Vipul Organics will launch the manufacturing of Reverse Osmosis (RO) and Ultrafiltration (UF) membranes at its Sayakha, Gujarat facility. Leveraging proprietary Reverse Phase Transition technology, the company is establishing itself as India's first fully indigenous manufacturer of high-performance membranes.
AdiMem Technologies currently supplies membranes alongside comprehensive Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), and pre-treatment systems across key sectors, including chemicals and pharmaceuticals. The Sayakha unit is designed to integrate manufacturing, rolling, quality control, and performance testing, ensuring consistent product performance at scale for comprehensive water and wastewater solutions.

The company is highly bullish on the membranes segment, aiming to derive 25% of its topline revenue from the sales of Membranes and Membrane-based solutions over the next three years. He noted that the expansion, which includes pigment expansion at 10,000 TPA, reduces the reliance on China-dominant supply chains and unlocks access to the global USD 350 billion market.
