Kolkata, India, April 29, 2026: Texmaco Rail & Engineering Ltd, a subsidiary of the Adventz Group, has announced the launch of a new network of Global Capability Centres (GCCs) across India. This network operates under the brand name invariz and is powered by the ServiceNow platform, marking the company’s strategic entry into AI-led global services and digital solutions.

The company, an 86-year-old engineering major, views the GCC initiative as a significant pivot, integrating advanced AI platforms into its operations. Texmaco reported that the initial center was soft launched in Faridabad late last year, and the firm plans to scale operations to multiple locations nationwide.

The GCC rollout is set to become a new growth engine for the firm, contributing to the creation of over 1200 direct jobs. Furthermore, the move is projected to generate over $100+ Million in incremental revenue by 2030.

Leveraging AI for Global Solutions​

The GCCs will utilize ServiceNow's AI-powered workflow platform to deliver automation-led enterprise solutions, targeting both domestic and international clients across various sectors.

Sudipta Mukherjee, Managing Director of Texmaco Rail & Engineering Limited, stated that this initiative possesses enormous potential for future growth and will help establish more global alliances for Texmaco. He added that the GCC is expected to serve as the "Digital front end of the company," enabling the unlocking of new revenue streams and strengthening the company's global market positioning.

Dr. Arivarasu Selvaraj, Group CDO driving the invariz-GCC, emphasized building a scalable, innovation-led ecosystem. He stated that by combining AI capabilities with global best practices, the focus remains on delivering agile, high-impact solutions while cultivating a strong digital talent base.

Texmaco expects the GCC initiative to contribute 10% to 15% of its overall growth strategy over the medium term, complementing its core manufacturing and infrastructure businesses.
