  • Asset Sales: The Company completed the sale of remaining non-core assets, which were previously classified as Current Assets held for Sale, in July 2026 for a gross consideration of Rs. 1118 Crores.
  • Stock Appreciation Rights: During the quarter ended June 30, 2026, the Company granted 1,20,000 stock appreciation rights to eligible employees, resulting in a net expense of Rs. 0.09 Crores for that quarter. Additionally, 96,000 ESARs were lapsed or forfeited during the same period.
  • Litigation: A commercial suit has been filed against the Company by a China-based company at Bombay City Civil Court seeking recovery of Rs. 6.41 crores relating to material supply not acknowledged as debts. The Company is defending this matter and has obtained an independent legal opinion, resulting in no liability provision being made in the financial results.
  • Brand Dispute: An ongoing dispute with Carlton Shoes Ltd. regarding ownership and usage rights of the 'Carlton' brand in India is currently sub-judice before the Delhi High Court. Pending resolution, the Company sold all its inventory under the 'CARLTON' brand on or before May 31, 2026, and no new inventory is being manufactured or sold under the 'Carlton' brand in India pending the dispute’s conclusion.
