Vinny Overseas Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Dhawal Jadhav as a Non Executive Independent Director (NEID). The decision was made following the Board meeting held on August 05, 2026, which concluded at 04:30 P.M.

The company recommended the appointment of Mr. Jadhav, subject to confirmation by the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. He is set to serve as the NEID for a term spanning five consecutive financial years, effective from August 05, 2026.

Mr. Dhawal Jadhav brings extensive expertise across industry, academia, and research, with over 15 years of combined experience. He holds credentials including Company Secretary (CS), an LL.M Gold Medal, and an M.Com degree. His areas of expertise include Corporate Governance, Corporate Law, Finance, Strategic Management, and Corporate Sustainability.

Prior to this appointment, Mr. Jadhav served as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer at Sanrhea Technical Textile Limited. He has also published research in reputed ABDC and Scopus-indexed journals.

Regarding his tenure with Vinny Overseas Limited, the company confirmed that Mr. Dhawal Jadhav is not related to any existing director of the company, nor is he debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI Order or such an authority.
