Vedanta Limited to Consider Third Interim Dividend on March 23, 2026
Vedanta Limited announced that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled for Monday, March 23, 2026, to consider and approve a potential third interim dividend on equity shares for the Financial Year 2025-26.If declared, the record date for determining shareholder entitlement to the dividend will be Saturday, March 28, 2026.
In accordance with securities trading regulations, the trading window for company securities will be closed for designated individuals from Thursday, March 19, 2026, until Wednesday, March 25, 2026, inclusive.
