The disposal is supported by prior shareholder approval. The Company had obtained approval from its Members through a Postal Ballot on April 19, 2026.
For the execution of the transaction, the Board authorized Mr. Adish Oswal, Chairman & Managing Director. He has been empowered to negotiate, finalize, execute, and complete the sale transaction and undertake all necessary deeds and acts in this regard.
The Company stated that the sale aligns with its ongoing strategy to raise funds, with the dual objective of clearing outstanding liabilities to lenders and supporting future expansion initiatives.
