Operational Updates and Scheme Status
The company reported a significant operational win when the Bombay High Court upheld an arbitral award in favor of UPL regarding a long-outstanding disputed insurance claim. The Company recognized ₹55 crore under Other Income for this claim during the current quarter, which was subsequently received before the approval of the results.Regarding strategic changes, the Board had approved a Composite Scheme of Arrangement on February 20, 2026.
