The Committee of Creditors (CoC) of Unitech International Limited concluded its 8th meeting concerning the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP). The deliberation session was conducted on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, through Video Conferencing.

During the meeting, the Committee reviewed and deliberated upon various resolutions proposed by the Resolution Professional (RP). The outcomes of the voting results for the agenda items were recorded as follows:

Furthermore, the ratification of the accountant's fees was rejected by the Committee of Creditors.
