Union Bank of India announced that its Board of Directors approved a plan to raise foreign currency funds through a Medium Term Note programme. This decision was made following a board meeting held on July 30, 2026.The Board's resolution included the approval to raise up to USD 2.00 Billion. The fund raising will be executed through the issuance of Debt Instruments under the Medium Term Note Programme.
The fundraising initiative involves issuance at the Bank’s Dubai and/or Sydney Branches.
