Mr. Kamath brings extensive experience and qualifications to the role. He holds a Bachelor's of Law degree from the University of Mysore, a Master's of Commerce degree from Kakatiya University, and a Master's of Science in management from the London School of Economics and Political Science. His professional background includes completing Advanced Management Programs at both Wharton School—University of Pennsylvania and Harvard Business School.
Mr. Kamath is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Prior to this appointment, he served as the Joint Managing Director of Jyothy Labs Limited. His current board directorships include V-Guard Industries Limited, Wonderla Holidays Limited, Veranda Learning Solutions Limited, AceVector Limited, and he serves as Chairperson of FICCI Karnataka State Council.
The Board confirmed that neither Mr. Kohli nor Mr. Kamath are related to any other Director on the company's Board.
