Members attended the meeting, which had commenced at 3:30 P.M. IST and concluded at 4:09 P.M. IST. A total of 68 members were recorded as present at the AGM.

The Scrutinizer's Report confirmed that the remote e-voting period ran from Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at 9:00 A.M. IST until Thursday, July 23, 2026, at 5:00 P.M. IST.

The Scrutinizer also reported that the Statutory Auditors and Secretarial Auditor provided unqualified and unmodified opinions in their respective reports for FY 2025-26, which were taken as read by the members upon circulation of the Annual Report.
