ESAF Small Finance Bank Announces Date and Details for 10th Annual General Meeting
ESAF Small Finance Bank Limited has announced details regarding its Tenth (10th) Annual General Meeting (AGM) of members. The AGM is scheduled to be held on Friday, August 14, 2026, at 03:00 P.M. IST. Members can attend the meeting via Video Conferencing (VC) or other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).The Bank has specified August 7, 2026, as the cut-off date for determining membership entitlement to attend the AGM through VC/OAVM and for e-voting purposes. NSDL has been engaged by the Bank to provide facilities necessary for members to join the AGM and facilitate the related e-voting process.
In addition to the general meeting details, ESAF Small Finance Bank Limited also provided an update on forthcoming documentation. The bank stated that it will dispatch the Annual Report for 2025-26 in due course. This report will include the standalone audited financial statements of the Bank for the financial year 2025-26, alongside the Directors' Report, Auditors' Report, and other required documents.
