Key decisions slated for discussion include setting the day, date, time, and mode of convening the company’s 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM), utilizing Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).

Furthermore, the board is set to appoint a Scrutinizer responsible for conducting the remote e-Voting process at the 35th AGM.
